1. What Does BNI POIN+ mean?

BNI PoinPlus (BNI POIN +) is a points-based BNI customer loyalty program, where BNI customers will be given prizes in the form of a certain POIN + for banking activities carried out by individual customers of BNI Taplus savings products, including savings derived from BNI Taplus.

2. When does BNI POIN + start and end?

The BNI POIN + program lasts from 1 May 2023 to 30 June 2024, and can be extended in accordance with the applicable regulations at BNI.

3. What savings products can be included in the BNI POIN + program ?

The savings products that apply to the BNI POIN + Program are individual savings products in rupiah currency, namely BNI Taplus, Emerald Saving, Taplus Bisnis (individual), Taplus Muda, Taplus Pegawai, Taplus Anak and various BNI Co-Branding Cards.

4. What is the advantage of BNI POIN + compared to other bank reward programs?

The advantages are:

  • Points from the BNI POINTS + platform are easy to get (from all kinds of banking activities, from opening accounts, activating e-banking, e-channel and debit card transactions and saving).
  • The customer will receive a definite prize, as long as there are sufficient points for redemption, there is no need to draw except for redemption of special points for the lottery / auction / similar category.
  • Points are accumulated every month so that the amount continues to increase (if not redeemed).
  • Customers are free to choose a variety of direct prizes that are available as long as they have enough Points to redeem.
  • Customers are not subject to gift tax (Tax free prizes)
  • Points can be transferred between BNI customers who already have a BNI POIN + account.

5. Who can participate in the BNI POIN+ program?

All BNI customers and employees who have individual savings in rupiah currency, namely BNI Taplus, Emerald Saving, Taplus Bisnis, Taplus Muda, Taplus Pegawai, Taplus Anak and various BNI Co-Branding Cards can participate in this program.

6. How to earn POIN+?

  • Value POIN+ can change from time to time according to business needs and according to some tactical programs which are limited by the program period
  • POIN+ calculation rounded down
  • If there is a difference in the POIN+ calculation between the Customer's calculation and that in the BNI system, then the calculation that applies is the calculation recorded in the BNI system
  • POIN+ generated per card / account will be accumulated based on the CIF number (key identifier).

7. How long is validity of BNI POIN+?

POIN+ will expire at the same time as the end of the BNI POIN + program period, and if the number or balance of Points is not redeemed, it will automatically expire.

8. When will Customer's savings balance and e-channel transactions start to be calculated for POIN + formation?

The calculation for POIN + formation starts on 1 May 2023. Customer Points will expire on 30 June 2024. However, point updates for e-channel transactions and POIN + debit card transactions will be formed ± D+ 5. Meanwhile, the points from the savings balance will be updated every month with a maximum of 10 working days in the following month.

For example: e-Banking and debit card transactions on July 1, 2023, will have Points created on July 6, 2023. The average savings balance in July 2023 will generate Points at a maximum of 14 August 2023

9. How to get the BNI POIN+ balance information?

Customers can check the the POIN+ balance through BNI Mobile Banking.

10. How to redeem BNI POIN+?

Customers can exchange points online via BNI Mobile Banking and follow the steps. After knowing the number of points, the customer can choose the prize he wants. Prizes are free to choose as long as the number of points the customer has is sufficient and the prize stock is available.

  • Customers are not subject to Direct Prize tax
  • The number of Customer points will be automatically reduced after redemptioning the prize.
  • Points that have been redeemed cannot be returned.

11. What Direct Rewards Can Be Exchange With POIN+?

Points can be exchanged for all prizes in BNI POIN+ starting from the travel category (plane, hotel, vehicle rental, etc.) and e-vouchers (Alfamart, Indomart, LinkAja, Gopay, OVO etc.), Electronics, Fashion, Life Style, Home Living, Donations, Points Transfer etc.

12. What is the proof that customer have redeemed POIN+?

After the Customer has exchanged points, the Customer receives proof of the exchange via the Customer's email and the transaction is recorded in the transaction history menu.

13. Where customer can collect BNI POIN+ prize?

Prizes will be sent to the Customer's address in accordance with the address registered on the "shipping address" page.

14. What must be submitted by the customer to the courier when receiving BNI POIN+ gifts?

If necessary, the Customer must prepare and submit a copy of the valid KTP / Passport / Kitas to the courier or follow the policies / regulations that apply to the delivery service company.

15. What if the gift that is exchanged by the customer is not accepted by the customer?

BNI will send the gift according to the shipping address filled in by the customer at the time of exchange with the applicable SLA, but if after delivery the gift experiences a return for the following reasons: Address is incomplete, the person is not in place, the address is moved or the name is not known then BNI will contact the customer by telephone or email listed on the BNI system and will send it back after receiving information from the customer via telephone or email regarding the delivery of returned gifts.

However, if the customer cannot be contacted or there is no good response for no later than 10 working days after being contacted, BNI will not send the customer gift back and cannot be refunded. The prize is the authority of BNI.

16. What is the Cause for the Message "Wrong Card Number or Your Date of Birth" When Registering an Online BNI POIN + Account?

The reason is that the customer entered the wrong data during registration (wrong card number or date of birth). The solution is that the customer can re-enter the data in accordance with the truth.

17. What Causes the Message "OTP Failed to Send Immediately Visit the Nearest BNI Branch Office or Contact BNI Call" When Registering an Online BNI POIN + Account?

The cause is:

  • The telephone number recorded in the BNI system is invalid (wrong phone number or change of telephone number).
  • The customer does not have enough credit on the telephone number recorded in the BNI system.

The solution is customers can visit the nearest BNI branch office to update the latest valid phone number.

18. If the Customer Replaces the BNI Debit Card, Is the Customer Still Can Do the Registration process?

If the customer changes the card, registration can be done D+ 2 from the card replacement date.

19. Can Customers who have just opened an account can immediately register on the same day?

Customers who have just opened an account can register D+ 2 from the date of the first deposit and activation of the BNI debit.

20. How Long is the Validity Period BNI POIN+?

Points will expire at the same time the BNI POIN + program period ends, and if the point amount or balance is not redeemed / redeemed, it will automatically expire.

21. What to do if the customer forgets the account "user" or "password" BNI POIN+?

If the Customer forgets the user or password for the BNI POIN + account, then the Customer can click the "Forgot Password" menu on the BNI POIN + Account Login page on the website www.poinplus.bni.co.id and follow the instructions listed on that page.

22. What to do if Customer Cannot Register Account BNI POIN+?

Customers can visit the nearest BNI branch office to submit data on their full name, account number, date of birth, debit card number and expiry date, along with email address and cellphone number, by filling out and signing the general application form and attaching a photocopy of the Savings Book, KTP and BNI Debit Card. Furthermore, the Branch will input Customer complaints through the CRM application to be followed up by the Head Office.

23. What if the BNI POIN + Customer does not increase after the transaction or decreases without redemption?

Customers can contact BNI Call 15000-46 or visit the nearest BNI branch office by submitting data: full name, account number, date of birth, debit card number and debit card expired date, email address and mobile number. For complaints at the Branch, the Customer then fills and signs the general application form and attaches a photocopy of the Savings Book, KTP and BNI Debit Card. Furthermore, the Branch will input Customer complaints through the CRM application to be followed up by the Head Office.
